防火電纜橋架的原理與防護機制解析

When the ambient temperature exceeds the critical value, the carbonization agent and foaming agent in the fireproof coating begin to act, releasing non combustible gases and forming a honeycomb like carbon layer. This carbon layer has extremely low thermal conductivity and can block over 90% of thermal radiation transfer. At the same time, the metal skeleton of the bridge undergoes phase transformation at high temperatures, absorbing a large amount of heat and forming an oxide layer, further slowing down the conduction speed of temperature to the internal cables. A simulation experiment conducted by a certain research institution shows that under 800 ℃ flame roasting, the internal temperature of the fireproof bridge can be more than 400 ℃ lower than the external environment.
